Head-to-toe tune up. This style of massage is a great option to promote relaxation and bring awareness to tight spots within the body.
... what are the benefits of massage?
balance all of your muscles and soothe areas that hold tension
a feeling of wellness and ease-of-movement
you can look forward to a relaxing environment and therapeutic experience
-
This option is best if you enjoy massage but primarily need relief from aches, pains, discomfort, etc.
... why add 'bodywork' to a massage session?
address a complaint in a specific body-area, while still giving your body the broader benefits of a massage
I think of bodywork as hands-on therapy for a particular muscle, whereas massage is therapeutic for the whole mind-body
-
Forty minutes focused where your body needs the most work
... why choose 40 minutes?

provide temporary relief of tension due to chronic conditions

ABOUT
My style of massage / bodywork is specialized for mitigation of symptoms like tension & pain, as well as fatigue & discomfort. My practice focuses on helping people in need of pain relief, recovery from athletic activities or injuries, tension relief for headaches and neck strain, as well as relaxation massage.
After attending the Cortiva Institute in 2015, I worked for 9 years at a family-owned deep-tissue therapeutic massage studio in Holliston, Massachusetts. In 2024, I moved to Burlington to be closer to family and start my own business.
I’m influenced by Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Swedish traditions, as well as therapeutic techniques including trigger/pressure points, myofascial release, pin&stretch, and traction.
